Qualifications

  • Proven Business Analysis background.
  • Excellent understanding of IT processes.
  • Experience managing a multi-project portfolio.
  • Previous experience in Retail, Logistics, FMCG, Manufacturing or CPG is ideal.

As a Business Analyst here you will be responsible for analysing, recommending and defining business requirements to implement new business models and enhance existing processes, products and services.

What you will be doing:

  • Working with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
  • Defining project delivery schedule with IT Project Manager and Business Partners
  • Analysing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Preparing and delivering business / technology change proposals to stakeholders with comprehensive risk and impact assessment
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal IT Teams and 3rd party suppliers
  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end users
  • Overseeing implementation of approved process improvements across the business group and IT
  • Developing end-to-end test cases to deliver robust applications and services
What we are looking for:
  • A proven Business Analysis background
  • Excellent understanding of IT processes and associated skills.
  • Experience of working with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Proven experience of managing a multi project portfolio
  • Ideally previous experience in Retail, Logistics, FMCG, Manufacturing or CPG
