A technology company is seeking a Business Analyst to support growth and the development of software products. This role includes clarifying requirements, facilitating workshops between stakeholders, and producing design specifications. Position – Business Analyst
Location – UK-based (remote working)
Reporting to – Product Manager
Salary – £50,000 - £70,000 Depending on skill level and experience
IPPEX Global is an innovative software business delivering a global payroll platform to some of the largest payroll service providers in the world. Formed in 2016, IPPEX Global set out to transform the way global payroll services are managed through a single system to manage the end-to-end global payroll process. Designed to unite the operations of the client, global provider, and local provider through a common process, IPPEX Cloud is an integrated suite of applications operating as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering that combines task management, service requests, file management, data management, global reporting, payroll payments and an employee portal for access to payslips and other documents.
IPPEX Global has created this new position to support the growth of the business and the ongoing evolution of its software products.
This role is to provide requirements capture, business and technical analysis in order to support the development of IPPEX Global software products and will have a scope to influence both the delivered software solutions and wider stakeholder engagement ensuring the successful candidate will have a variety of work and an opportunity to grow with the business.
The ideal candidate will be expected to have extensive experience of operating as a business analyst or similar role on complex systems within a modern software development environment with a proven track record of delivery.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst or related role in a modern software development environment
