About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Business Analyst to join a newly established transformation team. In this role, you will analyse business processes, gather requirements, and drive change to deliver clear, actionable solutions that create value for both the business and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and define business requirements through workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
  • Translate findings into detailed requirement backlogs and clear specifications.
  • Partner with IT and other teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Support project delivery through implementation, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion best practices in process design, change management, and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience with Business Process Model and Notation(BPMN).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems thinking mindset.
  • Proficiency with modelling tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in the property sector.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping software and data visualisation platforms.
  • Understanding of data modelling and entity relationship diagrams.
  • Knowledge of taxonomy, schemas, and risk management frameworks.
  • Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and automation.

Education:

  • Degree educated.
  • GCSE English and Math at grade 5 minimum (or equivalent).

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be located near the Wiltshire county area.
  • Experience in writing excellent, tailored business documents.
  • Experience with contracting (preferred).
