The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to start a career in customer service within the motor industry. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their vehicle warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers looking to register warranty claims
  • Guide customers through the claim process in a professional and friendly manner
  • Liaise with garages and service centres to gather diagnostic information
  • Evaluate repair estimates and assist in processing claims efficiently
  • Handle aftersales and follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Accurately log customer interactions and data using internal systems
  • Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
