  • Welcome visitors and manage front-of-house smoothly.
  • Handle enquiries, calls, and parent/carer communications.
  • Build relationships with learners, partners, and local groups.
  • Support and coordinate events, trips, and activities.
  • Promote services through social media and marketing materials.
  • Keep records, registers, and data accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with finance tasks like orders and petty cash.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up actions.
  • Work collaboratively, suggest improvements, and provide general admin support.
