A leading automotive company in Sunderland is looking for a motivated Business Admin Apprentice to join its Strategic Workforce Planning team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in administration with full training and support. You will help maintain optimal workforce levels while gaining valuable skills in data management and administration. Applicants should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Essential qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths.

Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Admin. Apprentice to join our Strategic Workforce planning team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in administration and workforce planning with full training and support from the team. You’ll gain valuable skills in administration while supporting the business in maintaining optimal workforce levels in the region.

Scope

Strategic Workforce Planning is one of Nissans regional HR teams covering activities across full AMIEO Region (Africa Middle East India Europe Oceania) that stretches over 30 entities with >

20k employees.

Our team is a strong believe that no business decisions should be taken without people data at hand. We love data and want others to love it too!

Responsibilities
  • Support maintaining accurate records reports and spreadsheet
  • Learn the specific systems used (SAP / Workday)
  • Support in future digital projects
  • Support in training sessions and workshop
  • General administrative support

Your background / experience :

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following :

  • This role is all about the data and we would like someone who is comfortable in working with big data sets - either gained through an academic or work setting
  • Good communication skills verbal and written
  • Willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
Entry Requirements

Aged 16 or over on 1st September 2025

Essential Qualifications

  • 2 other subjects (Grade A to C or 4) IT preferred but not essential
