As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Retail Lending - Credit Card Processing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant, you will be involved in transforming and updating legacy credit card systems and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Attending daily stand-ups.
  • Understanding team needs.
  • Working with business and technical teams to compose user stories.
  • Collaborating with other BSAs to improve requirements.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data requirements related to credit card processor.
  • Gathering requirements from business units and translating those to developers, architects, and testers.
  • Documenting functional requirements in the form of user stories and analyzing requirements in the context of software and processes.
  • Working closely with risk, IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory adherence.

  • Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
  • Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhanced system productivity as needed.
  • Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
  • Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $120,750.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
