Building Surveyor – Stock Condition (RP0063) – Starting salary £41,992 pa with progression to £45,089 pa through annual increments subject to satisfactory service (inclusive of outer fringe allowance). 37 hours per week (hybrid working). Permanent contract. Ensuring our housing stock is maintained to the highest possible standard is a key priority for Welwyn Hatfield. Our commitment is to invest £150 million in people’s homes over the next five years with a target of being net zero by 2030.
