A well-established housing association in the South West is seeking a Building Surveyor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves overseeing various projects across Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire. Responsibilities include site inspections, producing work schedules, and contract administration. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Building Surveyor role within housing, construction or property.
  • Experience supervising multi-trade contracts from inception to completion.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking site inspections and surveys to identify required works.
  • Producing work schedules and specifications for open-market tendering.
  • Contract administration, including final accounts, valuations and CVIs.
