Role : Building Surveyor – London – (JPC-90)

Location : London

Sector : Public & Private Sector Consultancy

Salary : Upto £50,000 DoE

Overview

We are seeking a Building Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy delivering a varied portfolio of residential, public sector, mixed-use and regeneration projects across London and the South East.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of remediation and new-build residential schemes, working with a high degree of autonomy while supporting both pre- and post-contract project delivery and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities
Building Surveys & Technical Reporting
  • Undertake detailed building inspections across residential and public-sector assets
  • Prepare building pathology reports, defect diagnosis and technical assessments
  • Review drawings, prepare audit checklists and maintain accurate project documentation
Pre-Contract Duties
  • Organise and manage investigations, surveys and due diligence
  • Prepare and assist with tender documentation, including Employer’s Requirements and
