We are working with a well-established consultancy seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with scope to be involved in surveys, design, project coordination, contract administration, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed building inspections across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Identify defects, structural issues, and compliance risks.
  • Advise clients on planning permissions, building regulations, health and safety standards, and more.
  • Manage feasibility studies, technical design, site assessments, and budget planning.
  • Coordinate works with contractors, engineers, and other professionals.
  • Manage tenders, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and value throughout projects.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and solving problems.
Requirements:
