Job Title: Building Surveyor

Location: London (EC)

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 DOE

The Role

We are seeking a Building Surveyor to join a consultancy in East Central London. They are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor or a recently qualified Building Surveyor to join the team working on commercial, educational and residential buildings. If you are a graduate Surveyor you will need to have some experience working in a consultancy unfortunately we aren't looking for fresh graduates for this role.

The Company

This company is a Building Surveying consulting working across London and the home counties on commercial, educational and residential buildings for a wide variety of clients.

The role will require

• Preparations of schedules of dilapidations
• Schedules of dilapidations
• Schedules of condition
• Specification writing
• Measured surveys for fire insurance reinstatement
• Party walls

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying (RICS)
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Able to travel across London and the home counties
