Job summary

A large social housing provider in the East Midlands is looking for an Asset Building Surveyor for an interim role focusing on External Wall Insulation (EWI) works. The position aims for a permanent placement after a 3–4 month contract. The responsibilities include property inspections, overseeing high value repairs, ensuring health and safety compliance, and conducting stock condition surveys. The compensation is approximately £40-41K annually or £35 per hour for full-time work.

Purpose of the role

Our client, a Large Social Housing provider in the East Midlands, is currently seeking an Asset Surveyor with a focus on EWI (External Wall Insulation) works. The role is ideally an interim basis 3–4 months contract with a view to going permanent, salary in the region of 40–41K.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out property inspections in relation to planned/capital/EWI investment works
• High value responsive/void repairs
• Building health and safety compliance
• Stock condition surveys

Compensation

• 35 an hour, maybe a little flexibility
• Full time 37 hours. Temp to perm
• 40–41K Annual salary
