My client is a medium‑sized construction consultancy that undertakes projects across the private residential, commercial and retail sectors. The London‑based practice boasts several offices nationwide. The role is to lead your own schemes; you will work on several projects and surveys programmes across London. The successful Building Surveyor will have comprehensive experience in contract administration, project management and schedules of conditions, dilapidations and party wall/neighbourly matters advice.
