Building Services Supervisor | 9604 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £26,403 to £28,142 per annum (Scale E) | The Shirehall, Norwich

This post offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team ensuring the safety and security of some of Técnico’s most iconic buildings. If you have a passionencia for culture and heritage and enjoy working as part of a busy team, then this could be the job for you.

You will have experience of working with the public and contractors, as well as experience of health & safety in the workplace and an aptitude for undertaking practical maintenance tasks. You will also need a minimum of two years’ supervisory experience.

Working days are negotiable but may cover Monday to Sunday.

In addition, the postholder will be required to undertake some out‑of‑hours emergency call‑out duties on a rota basis. There will also be some evening work.
