Overview

Building safety lead needed in Warwick. The rate is £27.95ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. Reference number: 5273275.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Strategic Assets Manager to deliver the overall operational objectives of building safety across the big 7.


• Gas and electrical safety, asbestos management, lifts, water hygiene, fire safety and the building safety act 2022.


• Contribute to the strategic development of the service to maximize opportunities for enhanced service provision and delivery; and ensure the delivery of professional, customer focussed, statutorily compliant and high performing services to internal and external customers.
