Job description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly Build Cleaner to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in preparing newly built homes to the highest standard before handover to buyers.

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out three-stage cleaning for new builds:
• Build Clean: Initial clean after construction
• Re-Clean: After painters and trades have finished
• Sparkle Clean: Final clean before the property is sold and moved into
• Detape appliances and windows, ensuring all surfaces are spotless
• Clean windows (internal and external where required)
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and removing any remaining debris
• Remove tape, paint, and marks from all surfaces with care and attention to detail
• Work efficiently as part of a friendly team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence – travel across the West Midlands and surrounding areas including Derbyshire, Shrewsbury, and Staffordshire
• Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
• Friendly, approachable, and easy to work with
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
