Contract: Fixed-Term Apprenticeship (with potential for progression upon completion).

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience while working toward Level 3 Certification in BSL and Professional Communication Skills, with clear pathways for further development into certified interpreting qualifications.
Through this apprenticeship, you\'ll receive dedicated training and support, including a Personal Development Plan (PDP) to guide your journey in the language services field.
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us as apprentices and train to become BSL Communication Support Workers. During your apprenticeship, you’ll assist Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals in a variety of settings, including education, workplaces, and community services. You will work toward achieving BSL Level 3 (or equivalent) and gain invaluable experience in professional communication support, with opportunities for progression into interpreting qualifications.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about BSL, Deaf culture, and supporting the Deaf community. To qualify for this apprenticeship, you will need:
