A leading insurance underwriting firm in London seeks a Broker Technician to join their Partner Services team. Responsibilities include processing contracts and claims, managing stakeholder queries, and supporting underwriting teams. The ideal candidate has experience in a technical insurance role and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. The company promotes an inclusive environment and supports flexible working arrangements.
We have the opportunity for a Broker Technician to join our TMK Partner Services team within the Office of CUO department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting into the Head of TMK Partner Services, your role will support all functions within the internal broker department at TMK. Key responsibilities are delivering a high quality and efficient service to both the internal and external stakeholders including Underwriters, Coverholders and Partner Services team members.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working in a technical role within insurance and will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. They will be excellent communicators who can manage time and collaborate effectively at all levels. Knowledge of Xchanging systems, macros and pivot tables would be desirable, as would knowledge of the RCF claims system.
