Broker Placement Executive – Birmingham / West Midlands

This is a fantastic opportunity with an independent broker with numerous branches across the Midlands / West Midlands. Our client is quality, well respected business, currently in growth mode.

This is a particularly Interesting role which requires a dynamic individual with a good all round commercial insurance knowledge and excellent communication skills.
You will be managing and implementing the placement strategy, communicating effectively with staff throughout the business via regular meetings with brokers, accounts executives as well as regular discussions with insurers.

Working within regulatory / FCA requirements, you will be managing and developing insurer relationships, utilising management information to monitor strategic placement performance.

This role involves travelling between a numbers of branches regularly, a car allowance will be provided.

In terms of career, this role is likely to lead to a more management oriented role, should you wish to go down that route. You will be reporting directly into the senior management team.

Ideal applicants could be any of the following: individuals with previous strategic placement experience, a broker / account handler / Executive looking for a change in direction, or an insurer BDM who is experienced at engaging with brokers and developing insurer accounts.

This role comes with an excellent basic salary, full benefits and car allowance. Working location is flexible, you can be based from HQ, a local branch or partly from home.
