A day in the life of…

As a Breakfast Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of our high-volume breakfast operation. You will lead the team during service, ensuring excellent food quality, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, support and motivate the breakfast team, ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered.
  • Oversee daily breakfast service for up to 350 guests, ensuring quality, presentation, and replenishment of all food and beverage items.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and effective communication.
  • Handle guest queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with lunch and afternoon tea service preparation when required.
  • Maintain accurate records relating to H&S checks, cleaning schedules, and allergen control.
What do we need from you?
  • Previous supervisory or senior team member experience within hospitality, ideally in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Confident leading a team in a high-volume service environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong focus on standards, detail, and guest satisfaction.
  • A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
