Breakfast Club Assistant – SA15 Area

Part-Time | Term-Time Only

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Breakfast Club Assistant to join our team in the SA15 (Llanelli) area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help create a positive start to their school day.

About the Role
  • Welcome children into the club each morning
  • Prepare and serve simple, healthy breakfasts
  • Engage children in calm, enjoyable activities before school
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
  • Work closely with other staff to deliver a warm and organised morning session
Requirements
  • A genuine interest in working with children
  • Friendly, patient, and approachable nature
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic level of Welsh (spoken & understanding) required
  • Reliability and good timekeeping
  • Experience in a childcare or school setting is beneficial but not essential
  • Willingness to undergo DBS check
Hours & Pay
  • Weekday mornings during term time
  • Typically 7:30am – 8:30 (may vary depending on school)
  • Competitive hourly rate
