Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Breakfast Chef within a 4* / 5* hotel.
• Able to work in a flexible and motivated manner.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Has a positive, can-do attitude and must be reliable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and is competent in multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for mis-en-place for the Breakfast Section.
• Responsible for breakfast production and service.
• Assist the Head Chef with ordering requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of Kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain positive working relationships with the team.
• Show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.

Key responsibilities of the Breakfast Chef will include:

• To be responsible for the mis-en-place for the Breakfast Section
