Brasserie Supervisor Full-Time Position (45 hours) - £31,590.00 + Service Charge

Shifts are between 6.00 am and 11.30 pm

Your Role in our Family :

• Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth day-to-day management
• Supervise, train, and inspire the Brasserie team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
• Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensuring each visit to the Brasserie is memorable.
