About the role

To help support our growth, we’re looking for an experienced brand strategist to help lead brand consultancy projects across our client portfolio. Our brand strategists are known for their big-picture thinking and informed research. They provide brand positioning recommendations in varied markets and help develop long-term plans that align with our clients’ goals and objectives.

As one of our brand strategists, you will run engaging brand strategy workshops, covering everything from customer profiles and journey mapping to brand attributes, archetypes and the brand purpose, all while considering the overarching business goals & priorities.

You should be able to follow and predict trends, in order to develop strategies that succeed in a changing marketplace and anticipate shifting customer profiles. You’ll generate brand leadership presentations, as well as detailed strategy documentation. Your work will need to show a strong balance of research, reasoning and creative thinking throughout, to help achieve the desired results.

  • You are a brand geek and you get extra point for being a fan of Marty Neumeier’s thinking.
  • You have extensive experience working in brand strategy and are able to demonstrate it
  • You are an excellent strategic thinker, able to develop data driven, big-picture strategies
  • You are confident and compelling when running workshops
  • You are able to provoke, challenge and inspire people
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have experience of consumer insight analysis, competitor analysis, completing – consumer profiles, brand positioning frameworks and brand architecture
  • You get things done, on time and on budget
  • You’ve got great attention to detail
