What does this role involve?

As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will play an integral role in planning and managing nationwide marketing campaigns, community and charity activities across our partnership outreach and Energy Hubs. You will help execute marketing strategies to raise awareness, drive retention, educate on Utilita products and services, maximize community activity, and improve customer experience.

Your daily tasks will include:

  1. Delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels, activation, community collaborations, and more to drive awareness and engagement.
  2. Being a brand guardian, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and promotional activities.
  3. Supporting social content creation and implementing new growth opportunities.
  4. Maintaining close relationships with Energy Hub teams to coordinate activities and manage promotional materials.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams including PR, design, brand, and digital to meet growth and awareness objectives.

Who are we looking for?

We seek a creative, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills who can support nationwide activities and travel as needed. Experience managing social platforms and email marketing channels, monitoring analytics, and reporting is advantageous. A passion for clear messaging and previous marketing or retail experience, or a relevant qualification, is preferred.
