About the job Branch Manager - Healthcare

Sales Branch Manager - Business Development skills are a must, working within a tightknit team within Healthcare Recruitment, you'll have to hunting abilities to grow this ever evolving brand! Can you have commercially astute conversations? Can you win the hearts of a client and genuinely care? Have you worked in recruitment (Healthcare or Education) READ on.... open your own branch!

This role is WFH whilst you build the branches hours - then into branch after 6 months!

Expected experience

  • A minimum of 2 years business development experience within healthcare
  • At least 2 years' experience leading/managing a team demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire
  • The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure
  • Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding KPI's
  • Organised and strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience within healthcare is desirable, although not essential
  • Personable individual, who enjoys developing relationships with both staff and clients
