About Your Role: The Boudoir Manager is a true brand ambassador, always reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury values. You are enthusiastic to meet and exceed targets, driving occupancy, eventing and service performance through maximum planning and execution. Building a strategy to drive the overall business within the Boudoir to gain maximum occupancy. You place customer experience at the forefront of your leadership style, frequently thinking of new ways for the team to engage and satisfy the customer. You collaboratively work alongside your Business Manager in supporting seamless day to day operations within the Boudoir.
