A recruitment agency is seeking a Bookkeeper for an office-based role in the East Midlands. This position offers flexible hours to accommodate personal commitments. You will oversee a small team and handle diverse responsibilities including sales ledger management, customer queries, and payroll. Proficiency in Hubdoc and Xero is required to process invoices and manage accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and enjoys a friendly work environment.
The role will be office based, however can offer flexible hours if required to suit school pick up but ideally offering full time role.

Sales ledger
Post the daily receipts
Reconcile the sales ledger accounts
Sending out customer statements
Respond to customer service and account queries
Credit Control support
Payroll
Cashflow management and liason with Director
Supplier payments
Match goods receipts to purchase orders and invoices
Process purchase invoices in Hubdoc / Xero
