Work directly with company leadership in a highly impactful role

$25–$35/hr.
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (~100 invoices/week) and complex Accounts Payable
Support accounting across four active entities
Maintain daily office operations including phones, filing, and documentation
Assist company president with ad hoc administrative requests
Organize and maintain records for audit and reporting
Serve as a key liaison between admin, accounting, and leadership teams
Contribute to process improvement and team efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Be able to do the job as described
Comfortable in a high-energy, construction-type office environment
Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar ERP systems
Solid grasp of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles
Able to work independently without close supervision
Naturally organized with a problem-solving mindset
