A leading online platform for booking live musicians is seeking a Bookings Expert to liaise with customers and musicians, ensuring successful bookings for events across the UK and Europe. Our Bookings Experts liaise with customers and musicians to help secure bookings, acting as a trusted advisor to Encore’s customers as they search for a live music act to perform at their event.
By helping customers find the perfect musicians for any occasion, you will be playing a key part in creating thousands of unforgettable musical experiences for people all over the UK and Europe, and you’ll make it possible for our musicians to secure well‑paid work as they entertain and inspire audiences with their craft.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary of £25,000–£27,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped on‑target earnings (OTE).

We practice hybrid‑remote working. We can mostly do our jobs remotely, but building a strong culture on a foundation of deep trust is best done in person. We have our own office in East London, which the team is welcome to use 5 days per week. We ask that all employees come into the office every Wednesday at a minimum, and join additional quarterly onsites.
