We are looking for someone to join our dedicated Booking and Reception team. You will be based at our Centenary House and Becton site reception, book appointments, and provide exceptional service to our patients, families, and colleagues.
We're looking for a compassionate, and organised person with experience in administration or reception. You'll thrive in a team environment, feel comfortable working directly with the public, and be ready to support a busy clinical team. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in our CAMHS administration team and we'd love to hear from you if you think you'll be a great addition to CAMHS.
Reporting into the Reception/Booking Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
