Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and well-structured Biology lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Contribute to the development of a rigorous and stimulating science curriculum.
  • Create a classroom culture that promotes respect, inquiry, and academic growth.
  • Integrate modern teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to support cross-disciplinary initiatives and enrichment activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning community.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to refine teaching practice and subject expertise.
Skills and Qualifications:
