BIM Technician St Albans (Hybrid, 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)

We are currently seeking a talented BIM Technician to join a well-established building services consultancy based in St Albans. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working on a wide variety of exciting projects across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the St Albans office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate MEP drawings and Revit models in line with project requirements.

• Work collaboratively with engineers and project managers to ensure coordinated design solutions.

• Maintain BIM standards and assist in the development of workflows and templates.

• Support the delivery of projects from early design through to completion.

• Carry out quality checks on drawings and models to ensure accuracy and compliance.

About You

• Strong experience using Revit MEP and AutoCAD within a building services environment.

• Good understanding of BIM processes and industry standards.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

• Previous consultancy or contractor experience within building services is highly desirable.
