BIM Manager - Interiors

London • Up to £70,000 + Travel • January 2026 • Permanent

One of London's most vibrant contractors has a new opportunity for a talented BIM Manager to be an integral part of their design team.

As the BIM Manager, you will manage the digital construction, model coordination and ISO 19650 compliance across their fit out and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing federated models and coordinating designers and trade contractors
• Delivering BIM training and support Building Safety Act requirements
• Running clash detection (Navisworks/Revizto)
• Leading BIM strategy and creating BEPs for multiple live projects
• Maintaining CDE standards and digital workflows
• Supporting pre-construction with 3D logistics, sequencing and 4D outputs
• Integrating OpenSpace and digital QA processes
• Capturing Lidar scans and producing regular BIM performance reporting

Key Skills & Attributes

• 5 – 10 years of BIM management experience in construction
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and CDE workflows
• Skilled in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto and model federation
• Solid grasp of MEP coordination and design validation
