This entry‑level, full‑time position installs and maintains billboards, including advertisement installation, structure maintenance, and cosmetic upkeep. Located in the Lamar office in Hartford, CT, this role supports brands in Windsor, CT and surrounding areas. This position often works solo and requires effective schedule management.

As an Installer, you will work with the Operations team to install and maintain billboards, prioritizing safety. Installations involve large vinyl advertisements, assembled to billboard structures. The tallest Lamar structure is about 200 feet, so comfort with heights is a must.
Maintenance includes construction tasks such as tightening bolts, painting steel, repairing trim, changing light bulbs, and other related duties. You bring the experience; we provide the equipment.
