Job description

Hayward Hawk are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development and Bid Executive with excellent writing skills to take a role in the delivery of strategic communications, writing tenders and client engagement initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Lead creation of pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and formal tender submissions.

  • Create knowledge library/bank for internal use.

  • Coordinate across departments and external partners to gather and collate information. Maintain a live content library for bids, ensuring accurate and current data is readily accessible.

  • Craft scripts, speeches, and thought leadership articles for events, sponsorships, and high-profile speaking engagements.

  • Support the delivery of public relations materials, reviewing and editing press releases and media communications.

  • Design and implement internal messaging strategies across intranet, email, and internal campaigns.
