You should bring
  • Proven experience managing the full bid lifecycle in the construction or social housing sector
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop a team
  • Extensive knowledge of UK procurement regulations and processes
  • Experience creating, developing and managing robust bid processes with strong governance
  • Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • A proactive approach, with a knack for spotting opportunities and improving processes
  • Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours when needed for deadlines or client engagements
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable, but not essential
  • Degree-level education or equivalent
  • Relevant professional qualifications
  • Previous tender/proposal writing experience
