Job description

Designed to bring together information from multiple legacy ERP systems into a single environment where it can be aligned, governed, and leveraged for insight.

You will work closely with IT managers, data owners, and business stakeholders across the Global Group, as well as external system integrators, to create intuitive and impactful BI solutions.

This is a high-profile role where your work will directly enable smarter decision-making across a complex, fast-paced international business.

In this role, you will design and deliver innovative visualisations using Microsoft Power BI, ensuring reports are both insightful and easy to use. You will manage the full lifecycle of BI developments, from gathering requirements through to build, testing, and delivery. You'll also support and enhance our data warehouse and reporting infrastructure, helping to expand its scope to cover new analytical use cases and business processes across the Group.

A deep understanding of data modelling, ERP data structures, and ETL processes will be key, alongside excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You will need to be equally comfortable diving into technical detail and explaining complex ideas in a clear, accessible way to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

We're seeking someone with significant experience developing in Power BI, including strong DAX knowledge and best-practice design skills. You will have a background in working with complex data models, ERP systems, and SQL warehouses, with strong T-SQL and ETL experience.

Just as importantly, you will bring an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills that allow you to bridge the gap between technical detail and business need.

You will thrive in an agile, collaborative environment and bring the organisational skills needed to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience in a mid-to-large scale international business would be highly advantageous.
