Benefits Realisation Lead - 2 months Contract - £470 / day via Outside IR35 - hybrid Midlands - SCC FLEX CONTRACT

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Benefits Realisation Lead to support the delivery of digital transformation across NHS trusts. Working across multiple departments within a portfolio of digital programmes, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, tracking, and reporting measurable benefits. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organisational skills, the ability to produce clear papers and reports, and a detailed understanding of programme timelines and processes.

Your responsibilities as a Benefits Realisation Lead :
  • Work across NHS trusts and departments to capture, monitor, and report programme benefits.
  • Collaborate with product owners to understand processes, define outcomes, and ensure benefits are realised.
  • Develop benefits realisation plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and delivery milestones.
  • Produce structured papers and reports for senior stakeholders, detailing progress and expected benefits.
  • Provide accurate assessments of activity durations and dependencies.
  • Ensure benefits are aligned with organisational objectives and digital transformation goals.
