A leading care provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to develop and deliver training programs and support colleagues managing challenging behaviors. You will play a vital role in evaluating and improving care strategies within care homes. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification in health and social care, excellent presentation skills, and a compassionate approach to care. This full-time position offers competitive pay with travel requirements and various employee benefits.

Behaviour Support Practitioner
Regional – travel via car essential
Full Time 40 hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Up to £27,648 + £3,000 car allowance
Will be conducted at the Exemplar Health Care Support Centre in สิงหาคม Sheffield. 17 Europa View, Sheffield Business park. S9 1XH
In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting people who display behaviours of concern and the colleagues who care for them.
You’ll develop, deliver and evaluate training programmes from both psychological and physical perspectives.
You’ll also support our care home based colleagues to develop behaviour support plans, review behaviour records and role‑model effective management of behaviours of concern.
