Behaviour Support Assistant – Chester

£85–£105 per day (school hours, term time) – salary depends on experience and/or qualifications.

Vision for Education is recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant for a SEND School in Chester. The role is full time (Monday to Friday) starting January 2026 and may lead to a permanent contract.

Requirements
  • Someone who has worked with children, young people or vulnerable adults in any capacity
  • Someone who may have experience with supporting people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Someone with great patience, drive, and determination
  • Someone looking to extend and expand their skillset
