A supportive and inclusive primary school in Newham is seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support. The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
  • Help pupils regulate emotions and develop positive coping strategies
  • Support behaviour management in and out of the classroom
  • Work closely with class teachers, SEN staff and senior leaders
  • Promote positive behaviour, engagement and inclusion across the school
