Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until more than 3 months of separation from employment. Bonuses may be prorated based on schedule.
~ 20 Hours/week, Part-Time, Day shift ~
Required licensure in Maine: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Consider a role as a behavioral health clinician in a primary care setting. This 20-hour position offers benefits and is located at the Brunswick Primary Care. Our practice values collaboration with behavioral health clinicians to optimize patient outcomes and reduce stigma.
The role includes providing screening, assessments, and brief treatments, including individual, family, and group therapy. Additional functions involve curbside consultation, linking patients to services, and participating in population health activities targeting specific groups. Candidates must be comfortable working with all age groups. Knowledge of and interest in substance use disorders is preferred.
You will be part of a larger team with extensive experience in integrated care, collaborating with psychiatrists and other clinicians within MaineHealth. Benefits include individual and group supervision, psychiatry consultation, and quarterly training sessions.
Summary
The Behavioral Health Clinician II, working under an independent license, provides comprehensive care to clients with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy.
