Position

Bed & Breakfast Support Worker

In this role, you will provide support to individuals and families staying in our bed and breakfast accommodation, helping them to settle, feel safe, and prepare to move forward into more permanent housing. You will play a vital role in promoting wellbeing, encouraging positive routines, and supporting customers to sustain positive outcomes. Working as part of a small, professional team, you will help prevent homelessness by offering practical support, guidance, and encouragement. Your calm, approachable manner and positive attitude will contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment, even in potentially challenging situations.
