Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist and Beauty lecturer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of beauty treatments and services, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for preparing Level 2 & 3 Beauty VTCT Students 1 day a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, and Aesthetic Treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Provide personalised consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible experience.
• Assist in training junior therapists and share knowledge of best practices within the team.
• Handle client bookings and manage schedules efficiently to maximise service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong KNOWLEDGE OF LEVEL 2 AND Level 3 Beauty Treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Additionally, you will be able to sell products and treatments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Knowledge of VTCT Criteria for Teaching students, assessment and Teaching Level 2 & 3 Beauty Treatments.
• Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or equivalent certifications are preferred.
