Requirements

Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines.

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments.

Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them.

Have the ability to work with sales targets.

Ensure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment.

Maintain and clean all machines.

Qualifications and Skills

Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.

Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required).

Team player who works collaboratively.

A positive and friendly attitude with your clients.

Attention to detail when dealing with client's records.

Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience.
