• Banking and Restructuring & Insolvency practice

A global law firm is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support their Banking and Restructuring & Insolvency practice. This role is central to driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and shaping BD strategies that align with the firm’s wider objectives.

You will lead on developing and executing BD and marketing initiatives including pitches, campaigns, events, client targeting, and digital marketing. Using data-led insights, you will help identify new opportunities, manage pipelines, and support cross-selling initiatives across the practice and wider business.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in business development within professional services, ideally in Banking and Restructuring & Insolvency or a similar area. You should have proven success in developing and implementing BD strategies, supporting client pursuits, leveraging market intelligence, and managing relationships across global teams. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills are essential.
