Overview

Bathroom Fitter - Cornwall. Experienced Bathroom Fitter required on social housing planned works in Cornwall. Quick start available.

Great opportunity with a busy and highly regarded maintenance contractor. Permanent role £37,440 per annum, van and fuel card.

Responsibilities

• Planned maintenance work in social housing properties fitting wet rooms and bathrooms
• You need to be very competent in tiling, plumbing, some floor laying etc.
• Fitting full bathrooms and wet rooms
• Working alongside other trades
• Travelling to various jobs in the company van
• Dealing with some customers and being friendly and polite
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress
• Most of the work is Redruth, Helston, Hayle areas of Cornwall

Requirements

• Extensive experience fitting wet rooms and bathrooms
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
