We are recruiting for a passionate and drivenBartenderto join the pre-opening team of what’s set to become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.

Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led byMichelin-Starred ChefKenny Atkinsonfeatures a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline.

The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours ofSouthern French and Mediterranean cuisine - sunshine food for the soul.

Expected start date: Monday, 11th August 2025

As ourBartender,you will receive:

• Salary:It is anticipated you will receivefrom£13.04 (minimum contracted rate)to£15.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked,inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance
